Gulick Group Opens Newest Community and is 50% Sold Out in Two Weeks

July 02, 2004 (Brambleton, Virginia)

Gulick Group announced their newest model, the Townsend, will open to the general public for tours on July 6th, continuing their overwhelming success in Brambleton.

Gulick Group has been working with an extensive waiting list of interested people since their Section 9 community quickly sold out. The demand continued to grow over the past twelve months culminating in excitement and energy at the Townsend’s Private Opening.

On June 3rd, Gulick Group hosted a Private Opening to only those people who were on the waiting list, inviting them to have the first opportunity to view the unique Garden Terrace Series homes. Gulick Group opened the first phase of Section 11 with nine of twenty-four available homesites. At the conclusion of the Private Opening, all nine homesites had multiple reservations.

The demand was staggering, within days all nine homesites, plus three additional homesites, were sold. Less than two weeks after the Private Opening, Gulick Group is 50% sold out, with its opening to the general public the first week in July.
