Gulick Group Wins FFL Monument Award for Townsend Model at Brambleton
Gulick Group was recently nominated and won a 2004 FFL Monument Award for its Townsend Model at Brambleton.
Formerly the Finest for Family Living Awards, The FFL Monument Awards honor superior home design and community planning. Sponsored by the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, the awards recognize the homes and communities that represent the finest that the industry has to offer. "The Washington new homes market is one of the most competitive in the country," FFL Chairwoman Debbie Rosenstein says. "The FFL Monument Awards program is the most prestigious residential design competition in this market. Winning an award translates into true value for the consumer." The Awards gala was held on October 14th at the Ritz-Carlton Tyson's Corner.
The winning Townsend Model in Gulick Group's Garden Terrace Collection is a new design, created specifically for the Brambleton neighborhood which sits adjacent to the community's Legacy Park. Each home in the original collection has been designed around the scenic park and pond, making them truly unique and distinctive. As well, the lots in this parcel are long and narrow, creating some design challenges that Gulick Group met and conquered gracefully, creating a superb living experience that takes full advantage of the natural surrounds. This award continues the Gulick Group tradition and reputation of impeccable and uncompromising architectural designs.
