Model Home for Autumn Wood Community Opening Soon in Great Falls

December 15, 2010 (Great Falls, Virginia)

Gulick Group has announced that the fully furnished model home for Autumn Wood, an 18-home Signature community in Great Falls, Virginia, will be unveiled in Spring of 2011.

Gulick Group President and CEO Peter Gulick explained, “At Autumn Wood we are introducing our Signature Series, which is essentially a ‘greatest hits’ of our best selling plans, all of them refined based on feedback from past purchasers. The Autumn Wood themescape includes an impressive entrance feature framed by stone walls with English garden gates, walking paths protected by landscaping, and some beautiful common areas. Autumn Wood affords buyers an opportunity to build a new home in a community in Great Falls, and with land becoming so scarce in the area, it may be one of the last.”

Autumn Wood features four model types ranging from 4,700 to 6,700 square feet on two floors and starting from $1.775M. Due to the firm’s history of attracting high demand, a limited initial offering will be open to the firm’s priority waiting list in advance of the public Grand Opening.

The Autumn Wood community is located off Georgetown Pike, close to everything you rely on in today’s bustling environment and within walking distance of a nearby shopping center. Mature and planted trees and a board fence along Georgetown Pike shelter the community, and several walking paths thread throughout the common areas.

Each home at Autumn Wood is highly customizable with features such as smart lighting or a first-floor master suite.

Gulick has won multiple awards for its floorplans, including the Finest for Family Living and Monument Awards. The firm was honored again in September 2009 for exceptional design at the Great American Living Awards.
