Gulick Group is proud to announce that it is celebrating 25 years of excellence building exceptional homes in noteworthy communities throughout the Northern Virginia region. Founded by Peter Gulick in 1987, Gulick Group has built more than 700 homes in 33 different communities. Each home was built on the fundamental principle that “The Difference is in the Details.”

“We are proud of the homes we have built, each one representing our organizational commitment to quality design and craftsmanship. We’d like to thank all of our homeowners and partners throughout the years; working for and with you has been a pleasure. We are looking forward to the next 25 years,” remarked Peter Gulick, President and CEO of Gulick Group.

The first Gulick Group home was built in Carisbrooke, a contemporary community located in Reston, Virginia. Since then, the company has grown into a local industry leader known for quality construction, timeless home designs and visionary communities. Over the years, Gulick Group has won numerous awards for its unique architectural designs and impressive model homes from the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA) including the Finest for Family Living, Monument and GALA Awards. In 2011, NVBIA honored Peter Gulick with the “Lifetime Achievement Award” for his leadership and accomplishments in the industry.
