How to Safely Tour our Homes

In light of the current coronavirus pandemic, to help protect the wellness of our customers, guests, and employees, our model homes are now open by appointment only.

You have several safe options to learn more about our homes:

  1. Contact Us to arrange a video (or audio) chat with one of our salespeople.
  2. We have 3D and photographic tours of most of our inventory homes available on the website. Follow us on Facebook to be among the first to see as new tours are posted!
  3. We are happy to provide private tours of models and/or inventory homes upon request, and will respect CDC recommended protocols during any appointment for your and our safety. If you prefer, our sales personnel will provide access and wait outside the home, so you may tour it alone at the pace you choose without interpersonal contact. We are regularly deep cleaning our model homes, and wipe-down all high-touch surfaces to prior to each appointment.
